Growing Up?

Puberty:

Puberty happens to everyone, but it does not happen at the same age, or same speed for everyone. Some people begin puberty and body changes as early as 10, while other people do not experience it until 14 or later. Everyone is different and no two people will develop at the same time or same speed.

The first sign of change was hair on my chest at age 37. Looks like someone is a late bloomer. There are other signs.

Childhood Disease and Infections.

  • Childhood Allergies? Check. Initial allergy attack occurred circa 2001 or so.
  • Cavities? Check, check, and check. Had a handful fixed a few months back.
  • Diarrhea? YES. I’ll keep the gory details to myself.
  • Pink Eye and Conjunctivitis? YES! Not fun at all.
  • Ear Infections. Maybe. Thanks to my latest cold. Going to let the local butchers take a look at my ear today. Thanks to CW for pointing out that pain in ear == ear infection. My first thought was, “Don’t kids get ear infections?”

I guess kids do.

Fitness Kick: Pushups (Press ups for you Brits.)

Time to get into shape via pushups: “The pushup is a tough and unforgiving exercise and, like any great classic, never really goes out of style.”

Pushups are a superb upper body exercise that use the body’s own weight to build a sound fitness foundation. They promote strength, balance and stability by developing several key muscles, including the pectoralis major in the chest, the deltoids or shoulder muscles, the scapular muscles and rotator cuff, the triceps located on the back of the upper arm and the upper back muscles.

My current pushup regime is 120 pushups every other day. Depending on how I feel, I may do an extra day. You should join me.

Duuuuuuu it. Duuuuuuuu it.

How many pushups can you do? Are you above or below average? Blokes, look at this chart. Lasses, this chart is for you. Don’t know how to do a pushup? Read this. Need pushup variants check this out.

Is That Natural: What Crawled up Your Ass and Died!?

Since, the facilities on the 2nd floor of Daiei have loose pipes that leak, I have taken my *business* to the 4th floor WC. The western toilet comes equipped with a nice sensor to flush with and the plumbing is solid. As with anything, the 4th floor has its short comings.

Re: Stank.

I know the human body produces waste and that waste is usually unpleasant.
Unfortunately, whatever it was you left in the stall behind me, was wicked
and unnatural.

Recommendation: Get yourself checked out.

Re: Noise Pollution.

There was a plethora of sound emanating from your side of the wall. What
was going on over there? There was definitely flatulence of the wet
and cheek flapping type accompanied by a distinct squirting sound.
I hope you didn't get any of that on your clothing. There was also
some sort of deep whumping sound between the cheek flapping and squirting.
I can only assume that was something solid. As unpleasant as the experience
may be, in the future, please refrain from groaning and letting
out yelps in the process.

Recommendation: Change your diet and visit your local clinic.

From Wikipedia. Diarrhea:

Diarrhea can also be a symptom of more serious diseases, such as dysentery, cholera, or botulism and can also be indicative of a chronic syndrome such as Crohn’s disease.
