Most of our products are sourced from Japan and shipped directly from Japan. Additionally, we offer select products originating from other countries that are officially distributed and shipped from Japan.
Most items are Japanese market products. Some products may be produced in other countries but are sold and delivered from Japan through authorized suppliers.

Shipping & Weight Policy
We ship to selected international destinations. Available destinations and delivery costs are listed on the Delivery Cost page.

Orders that exceed 3kg (3000g) cannot be completed. You will need to adjust your cart to stay within the maximum allowed weight.

At this time, shipment tracking is not available. Orders are shipped using standard international delivery services, and delivery is completed within the stated delivery timeframe.
